Whaen mids first came out this issue happened quitea bit and this trick got it to work. If you are using the most up to date video drivers, try rolling back to an older driver that has worked for you in the past.

Gtx 10xx updated drivers as of recently have been hit or miss with running fo4 , according to other posts here. Also, also. This game will not run properly on a video chip alone. Honestly, it sounds like a mod issue. It may give us some indicators as to if it may be system related. I'd post mine, so that you know what I'm talking about.

But, I'm on my phone right now and nobody would believe I run the game, stably on my system. But, to clarify, you load the game to the main menu through steam and not f4se , and you get the infinate load screen while loading a save or new game? New games are bugged and have been since cc came out.

Current saves bugging out indicates mod confliction. Unless you are loading through f4se. Try to get that working first. Then , if that works, go back to a conflicting mod issue. The only other thing, apart from it being a mod would be the game trying to connect to the Beth network. I have already assumed that you've tried loading while disconnected and as an admin.

That bug normally won't let you past the main menu. To me this sounds like your PC is under spec for whatever you are running on it. Reason: it works fine after a reboot. Something is consuming all the resources on the PC over time. Possibly a Fallout mod or mod conflict. But possibly something totally different like other software on the PC.

Have you tried clearing the Xbox's cache to see if that fixes the problem?

Power down the Xbox, unplug the power supply from the back of it, press the power button a few times to completely drain the Xbox of power, and finally plug the power supply back in and let the indicator light on the brick change from white to orange before powering back up.

If that fails to fix things, you can delete the reserved space for Fallout 4 as a last resort, but keep in mind that any and all mods that you have downloaded will be deleted as a result and thus will have to be downloaded again. I hope this helps. Like, they used up all their tomahawks?
